At Greenlytes, we understand that receiving your order quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:

  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you select.
  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping time: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Tracking information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • International shipping: We ship to many international destinations. International shipping times and costs may vary. Contact us.

At Greenlytes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund. Here’s what you need to know about our returns policy:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Exceptions: There are a few items that are not eligible for return, including personalized items and clearance items.
  • Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Locate your scenario from the list below to understand our handling process:

1- You decided to cancel your order.

 If the order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, your situation will be handled according to the situation FOUR below.

2- You received the product, but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed.

If the item isn’t functioning properly and there is no evidence of shipping damage, please refer to the documentation included in the original packaging for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer is accountable for any defects or shortcomings in their products. (In the event that the item is damaged or defective as a result of shipping, please refer to the next scenario.)

3- You have received an item that seems to have sustained damage during transit.

If a package appears damaged during shipping, the item may still be functional. Retain the original packaging until determining if a shipping insurance claim is necessary. Taking pictures of the damaged packaging is recommended. Discarding packaging waives replacement or repair rights. Test the item before contacting us. If not working due to shipping damage and the original packaging is kept, contact us to file a shipping insurance claim. After filing, a new product will be sent at no cost.

4- Your order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery.

Refused deliveries returned to us will receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling costs. If damaged during shipping, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. The refund amount will be based on the amount reimbursed by the shipping company minus the cost of shipment to and from. No refund if the shipping company denies the claim.

5- You have received the product but wish to return it.

To return an item, the following must be met:

  1. Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  2. Notify us within seven days of receiving the item.
  3. Contact us for the RMA number and return instructions. Failure to meet all three requirements results in a refused return and no refund. Meet requirements for either a full refund (less shipping/handling) or store credit or a cash refund (minus 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
