These terms explain the practical rules that apply when you use Greenlytes or place an order directly with us.

Greenlytes is provided for browsing solar-lighting information, comparing products, contacting us and making purchases where direct checkout is available.
Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its checkout or forms, or copy and republish Greenlytes content as your own.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability current. Manufacturers and suppliers may change product details, and occasional errors can occur.
If a material pricing, availability or product-information error affects an order, Greenlytes may contact you before fulfillment and, where necessary, cancel and refund the affected order.
These sections apply to products purchased directly from Greenlytes. Purchases completed on another retailer’s website are governed by that retailer’s terms.
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment. An order is accepted once payment is successfully processed and Greenlytes can fulfill the item. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be completed or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.
Payments for direct Greenlytes orders are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. Greenlytes does not store full payment-card credentials on its own servers.
Shipping, return and refund rules for direct purchases are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Please contact Greenlytes before sending any product back so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
Some Greenlytes pages may link to Amazon or another retailer. If you leave Greenlytes and complete your purchase on another website, that purchase is between you and that retailer. Their pricing, payment, shipping, return, refund and privacy policies apply to that transaction.
Unless otherwise stated, the original text, page design, graphics and other Greenlytes-created content on this site belong to Greenlytes and may not be republished, sold or presented as someone else’s work without permission.
Greenlytes provides product information and practical buying guidance to help you make a decision. Actual performance can vary with installation, weather, solar exposure, product condition and other real-world factors outside our control.
