01 Where should these solar deck lights be installed?

They are designed for deck railings, steps and exposed deck edges. They work best where the built-in solar panel can receive direct sunlight during the day and the light itself can mark a transition point after dark.

02 How long do they stay on at night?

A fully charged battery can power the light for up to five hours. Actual runtime depends on how much direct sunlight the solar panel receives during the day and can decrease with shade, poor weather or shorter winter charging periods.

03 How much sunlight do they need?

For optimum charging and longer nighttime output, place each light where its solar panel can receive approximately six to eight hours of direct sunlight per day.

04 Do they need to be switched on every night?

No. There is no conventional on/off switch for everyday use. A photosensor in the solar panel controls the light, turning it on automatically at night and off again during daylight.

05 What is included in the 4-pack?

The package contains four solar-powered LED deck light units and eight screws, providing two mounting screws for each fixture.

06 Can the rechargeable battery be replaced?

Yes. The fixture uses a rechargeable AAA Ni-MH battery. The product manual provides access instructions for replacing the battery when its charging capacity eventually declines.
